He has judged for SMC in the past and we are honored to have him with us again.

Bio:Leigh Staley Tarullo began her career in general real estate in 1978. Leigh has sold over 1,000 homes and has managed the sales and marketing efforts for three national production builders. As a past SMC chairperson for the HAB Metro Orlando she has received numerous MAME awards for sales and marketing and is a certified CSP instructor.

Bio: Janis has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry. She an Executive Committee member for the Gold Coast Builders Association, on the board of directors for the Continuum Care Corporation, and a co-chairperson of Education for the National Association of Home Builders.

Bio: Pattie has judged for the NAHB Research Center National Green Awards. She is an NAHB University Instructor and holds the designations of MIRM. She is a real estate Broker-Realtor and has over 20 years of multi-million dollar sales. Her company Green $mart is a systems approach to eco-land development, sustainable master-planned green building, enviro-lending, green marketing and sales.

Bio: Bob holds the following designations from the National Home Builders Association: CSP, CMP, and a MIRM. He has been a Homebuilders judge in such markets as New Jersey, Miami, Jacksonville, Knoxville, Raleigh, Charleston, Hilton Head, and Tulsa for the past 5 years. He has been active in the home building industry for the past 26 years including construction, operation management, and sales management.

Bio: Jim has worked as a consultant with a variety of homebuilders, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturers. He has an in depth understanding of leading operational efficiency and managing behavioral change. Jim is a register speaker with NAHB, serves as an instructor for the Home Builders Institute, and publishes articles for the FMI Quarterly.

Bio: Rick’s entire career has been in the home building industry focusing on model home merchandising and designs for the last 15 years. He has taught at local Universities as well as public speaking events. He holds his Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeaster University. As the president and founder of the Intermark Design Group he is responsible for the model merchandising and sales centers throughout the US and Canada.

Name: Dale Roberts

Bio: Dale Roberts began his career more than 24 years ago in the Central Florida advertising community. He is a longtime member of the Volusia Home Builders Association and has held numerous committee chairmanships over the past six years. He has been voted Associate of the Year at local, state and national levels. He has also served on the board of directors at local, state and national levels.

Bio: Tony Weremeichik has more than 18 years of architectural design experience in master planned communities and resorts worldwide. Tony serves on the board of directors of the American Institute of Building Design; Florida Society. He is also a past chairperson of the Design Council of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando. He is a member of the Institute of Classical Architectural and Classical America and the Congress of New Urbanism.
